Liandry's Torment burns by max Health: damaging abilities set enemies alight for 2% of their max Health per second for 3 seconds, and Suffering adds up to 6% damage the longer you fight champions. Blackfire Torch, the other item Fated Ashes becomes, trades the Health for Mana and AP that grows with every enemy burning. Patch 25.10 cut Liandry's AP from 70 to 60.
