Imperial Mandate — Crowd Control Into Damage
2,400gold
Defer damage until later.
Imperial Mandate rewards crowd control: abilities that immobilize get 20 extra Ability Haste, and immobilizing an enemy champion marks them 7% Vulnerable for 4 seconds. Patch 26.13 reworked it — a cheaper recipe of two Amplifying Tomes and Bandleglass Mirror, 60 AP instead of 65, and stronger Control and Command. Mid laners and supports bought it almost equally.
What it grants
- 60 Ability Power
- 15 Ability Haste
- 150% Base Mana Regen
Passives
- Control: Gain 20 Ability Haste for your abilities with Immobilizing effects.
- Command: On Immobilizing an enemy champion, mark them as 7% Vulnerable for 4 seconds.

Why, in Riot's words
Imperial Mandate has landed softly, and the build path has been too awkward for many of its likely users, especially supports. We're smoothing out the path and shifting some of its power accordingly.
