    Braum has easily become a top tier support with the start of the new season. New items like Bandlepipes have been instrumental in helping him and his allies stick onto enemies and take them down. Given that Braum is still looking quite strong even after the nerf to Bandlepiepes, we'll be looking to revert the health buffs we gave him at the end of last year and bring down some of his overall fighting power.

    Our resident mustachioed muscle man is a little weak right now, so in this patch we're looking to put a bit more pep in his… punch. Playing Braum

  • Work with your allies to stack Concussive Blows, encourage them to basic attack marked targets.
  • Leap in front of squishy friends and shield them from projectiles with Unbreakable.
  • Glacial Fissure leaves a powerful slow zone, position it well to split teamfights and slow the enemy approach.

Playing against Braum

  • Braum must land Winter's Bite or a basic attack to start Concussive Blows. If you get marked, exit combat range before getting hit 3 more times to avoid the stun.
  • Braum's ultimate has a long cast time, use that extra time to dodge. Walking over the frozen ground left behind will slow you, position so that you don't need to cross it.
  • Unbreakable gives Braum extremely strong directional defense, either wait until it is down or outposition the ability.

Rank aggregation
Master, Grandmaster and Challenger, pooled — the three ladders the count read its players from. Splitting further leaves samples too small to separate a real effect from noise.
Role assignment
A champion is filed under every lane that holds at least a tenth of its counted games — the position the match itself reports, not the champion’s class. Its headline win rate is across all of them; each lane’s own win rate and games are counted too, and a lane’s tier list ranks by them.
Counters
The two champions in the same position on opposite teams, over that pairing’s own counted games — ranked on the edge pulled toward zero by its sample size, printed raw.
Minimum sample
None — no figure is hidden for being thin. Every rate prints its games, and the confidence band is its 95% margin: Very High within ±1.5 points, High ±2.5, Moderate ±3.1 (1,000 games), Low wider.
Why a build is not a cause
An item is counted when the match ENDS with it, so late items show long games and an item bought when already ahead shows games that were being won. Correlation is what a rate can show; it is not evidence that buying the item caused the win.
