Classic Era → ForeverWeapon Skill on gear.
Weapon Skill items are severely cut and racials no longer give weapon skill; Expertise, as in The Burning Crusade, takes over.
Hit and Critical Strike were separate for melee, ranged and spells.
They apply to melee, ranged and spell alike.
Not published yet
- Talent point costs and tree layouts beyond what each Deep Dive names: Blizzard has not published the trees, and we do not read them from the client.
- Exact numbers on abilities the Deep Dives describe only in words, such as Seal of Fury bonus damage or Wild Growth healing.
- Which Beta changes will still stand on launch day: Deep Dive figures are marked where a later beta build changed them; the newest build we read is 15 October.
