Is there a dungeon journal in WoW Forever?

Not at launch, according to Blizzard designer Josh Greenfield as reported by Method. He said all items are obfuscated so stats show only once an item drops, and that there will be no PTR for new raids and no dungeon journal at first. Players will not know raid bosses before entering.

What level is Excavation Site: Wetlands in WoW Forever?

Blizzard’s dungeons post of 20 October lists Excavation Site at levels 24–29, which matches Warcraft Tavern’s list. The earlier 1 October beta development notes said 26–31. We show both because Blizzard has not said the notes were wrong, and ranges can move before launch.

Nine new five-player dungeons for levels 13 to 60: Hall of Thanes, Ruins of Lordaeron, Excavation Site, City of Dalaran, The Drowned City, Krol’dok Stronghold, Alcaz Prison, Blackmaw Hold and Shaper’s Terrace. Warcraft Wiki lists 33 dungeons in total, counting the classic ones.
