How many Legacy points can you spend in WoW Forever?
Up to 16 points on each character. Blizzard says 29 points are reachable on one character and up to 65 across alts, and points are spent per character, so a second character can spend its own 16. Legacy opens at your first point: level 25, 150 skill in a non-gathering profession, or a fully explored map.
