Read off the PlayStation Store’s country listings: New Zealand unlocks first, at 11:00 UTC on 18 November — midnight there on the 19th — and Mexico and Central America last, at 06:00 UTC on 19 November. It is each region’s midnight, not every player’s own: a country spanning several time zones unlocks at one of them. Digital pre-orders can pre-load from 12 November. Rockstar itself has published no unlock schedule.
