None have been published. Any minimum or recommended spec list you see is a guess.
Rockstar publishes PC specs together with a PC release. For GTA V it posted “GTAV PC: New Release Date, First Screens and System Specs” on 13 January 2015, three months before the PC version shipped on 14 April. GTA VI has no PC version announced, so there is nothing yet for specs to belong to — the tables on shop and blog pages are estimates, not Rockstar’s.

No. There is no Steam page, because there is no PC version announced.
Steam’s own store search, run on 30 September 2026, returns no Grand Theft Auto VI: “gta 6” finds nothing, and “grand theft auto VI” finds only Vice City – The Definitive Edition. GTA V reached Steam with its PC release, so a store page would be expected to follow a PC announcement rather than come before one. Anything offering a PC copy today is not selling one Rockstar has announced.
