   Special Delivery

   • Concuss duration decreased from 4 seconds→to2.5 seconds
   • Added damage on the explosion
   • Maximum damage of 35 at center, with minimum damage of 20

   • Reveal type has been changed from Snapshot reveal to being fully Revealed
   • Pulse radius decreased from30m→to16m
   Why, in Riot's words

   We've been confident in Tejo's unique slot in the roster as our primary flushing Initiator, but wanted to add a bit of power to the abilities that are supporting Guided Salvos, round over round. Adding damage to Special Delivery should help provide an additional way to disrupt defensive utility in ways players are already able to do with Guided Salvos, while changes to Stealth Drone are aimed at helping with making the call to actions clearer for knowing where to place Guided Salvos or when playing alongside a Tejo.

   • Each individual rocket used will consume 1 charge.
   • The cooldown has been removed.
   • Map Targeting Range decreased from 55m to 45m.

   • Ult points increased from 8 to 9
   Why, in Riot's words

   We've changed the Guided Salvo to be more flexible but have adopted the no recharge model (like on Skye) to maintain the power of the rockets while also increasing cost per cast. We've also reduced the ability to easily stall across the map in a handful of scenarios we felt wasn't healthy.

   We're raising the cost to put it in line with other ultimates that are in a similar power profile.
