Time Altar of Fangs at Mythic level 10 or higher. That completes Blizzard’s “Keystone Hero: Altar of Fangs” achievement, whose reward unlocks the teleport to Altar of Fangs — the spell is Path of Venomous Evolution.
Unfinished Mixture, in the room before Zul’jan: a player with at least 25 skill in Midnight Cooking or Alchemy can use it to give the group Mutating Elixir for the rest of the dungeon.
